who is your favorite indian chef on youtube?

i wouldn't know. since i hate panneer, i don't look at the recipes that involve it.

really? i hate the store bought paneer that resembles a brick and all the gooey goop they serve at the typical gandhi, taaj cafe sort of places but i make fresh paneer at home and love that.

they don't have to be gooey at all. i had something called "tuk tuk tofu" recently - crunchy on the outside and soft and firm inside. grilled paneer isn't gooey either. of course, if you hate it for other reasons like the very idea of it, this won't work.
