I was searching for information on visitors health insurance. I came across this page

I read it. I have some questions and need additional information.

1. In addition to patriot insurance and others mentioned in the link, are there any other? Are any of these insurance companies registered with American state insurance commissions and licensed to do business in America?

2. What about major companies like Cygna. Aetna? Do they sell visitors insurance? I don't mind paying more.

3. One of you mentioned in the link that you had $ 10000 expense and the insurance paid $ 2000. Do anyone else has positive or negative experience in getting claims paid? I am eager to know.

4. Some one mentioned Mahendra insurance? Is it registered in US. Will they pay in dollars?

5. Any other information.
