So far construction workers, central police, guards at Lignite Corp, coastguard, airport police were staffed with people who knew only Hindi.

With Indian gov scrapping English requirements for IAS, IPS Tamil Nasu will be over run by Hindi speakers who can communicate in Hindi only.

Only solution is independent Tamil Nadu. Any one who thinks rationally should come to this conclusion. If not give me your counter view.

Hey Kayar,

Invasjon of Tamil Nadu was good for Tamil Nadu. Just read history of Nayakas, Mudaliars, Rayalas, Maratas, Pallavas, etc.

Today more than 2000 Tamils went into the streets to protest against Railway recruitment board for their biased policy of recruiting Hindians into Tamilnadu ICF and Southern railway units. Almost all safety officers and other railway employees are recruited from north India and Tamils are completely neglected. Even the board exams are in favour of Hindians, the protesters said.

The demand was very clear that Railways should recruit people from the respective states and not from other states who do not know the local language. However Railways is adamant not to teach the local language to Hindians but insists Tamils to know Hindi. The protest is marked as an historical event against the imperialistic Indian railways.
