gambhir and Dravid are playing shots. If they stick around for a while , it could give a nice start despite sehwag's (lack of ) appearence.

although it was expected that he would not score much, what was NOT expected of him was a first-ball duck. given his second innings stats, i think his contribution to the third test is over - he made the ball old by molesting it with his glove.

Let England know they take series now 4-0; call off the tour and ship the bunch of idiots back to India to play another IPL Extension version. These are no good for 5 day game.

seriously, 115/7. wtf! i am hoping our speed trio pays back in full. look, they are without trott. there is no reason why we cannot dismiss them quickly. let's see. it is only 3 hours into the test.

what a f'ked up performance? England will score 5 00 to 600 hundred. They will declare out of pity. No sign of fight. People just walking through motions.
England's bowling is steady and somewhat dangerous but it is neither a fast or swinging wicket.
I think scores after this point are meaningless as India lost the series, its #1 ranking, its prestige and its fight. It may be time to allow youngsters to gain some experience. But where are the youngsters who can play fast bowling.

yes, the batting disappointed. our bowling started well, but we could not take any wicket. i was hoping for a fightback, but looking at the body language of clueless players, it appears that they have already given up. this is just un-freaking-believable performance.

Who was the genius commentator that said good toss to lose hmm! some one named Dada, poor soul had lotta faith in this team.
Can't believe we are getting beaten black and blue. One of the two batsmen that looked comfortable against this attack gets out playing dumb shot for the second time in this series, who does he think he is, Mohinder "Jimmy" Amaranath.

yeah, laxman's shot selection has been rather poor in this series. this was the third time in five innings that he pulled it in the air (and second time towards the same fielder). i wonder if he is not reading the bounce well.

To err is human. To repeat it is stupidity.
His job is to unsettle the English bowlers and sow seeds of doubts in their own abilities, so that the rest can batter and bore the hell out of them for 2 days. But, what does he do? He raised their confidence level skyhigh.
I think it is time to send the Nawab of Najafgarh should be sent into exile yet again.

It is now known that Sehwag's Doctor him rest for one week. Since he committed to playing the test, he decided to take the rest by getting out the first ball. He is fulfilling his obligation to play for the nation when called to do and he is also taking care of health. The series is lost cause. So why bother criticizing Sehwag who can bully any enemy on his home soil.
