Hooda was booed when he was on the stage with Modi. He went home, reflected on what has happened and realized that he will get the boot in the next Haryana election.

Here is his strategy: he wants the people of Haryana to think that an insult to Hooda is an insult to Haryana and its people; the best way to avenge the insult is to vote Hooda back to power.

The most likely response of the voters will be - to boot CONartists out of power in Haryana.

When that happens, what will Hooda do?  He won't commit hara kiri; he is too much of a coward for that. He will probably form an alliance with Laloo, Nitish, MullahYama, et al., so that they all can cry in chorus.

It seems the Maharashtra CM, Haryana CM, Chattisgarh CM (or is it Jhadkhand?), and a few others except may be the TN CM, are trying to run out of town if Modi so much as plans to visit their state. Without Modi saying a single thing against the sitting govt or the sitting CM in the state, just sharing the dias with Modi, they feel, subjects them to being shown up and is like a Magna Carta for their political ambitions. It has turned into a joke.
