New Delhi: The Centre has for the first time received concrete and specific intelligence reports that Pakistan has deployed an additional 12 battalions, comprising 800 to 1,200 troops each, close to the International Border and the LoC in the Kashmir sector over the last few days.

Reports have also confirmed that terrorists from the Lashka-e-Tayyaba and the Jaish-e-Mohammed were also part of this deployment along the border as they too were posing as Pak Army regulars. Sources said this “sudden and unprecedented” build up by the Pakistani forces was discussed at length during a meeting by Union defence minister Arun Jaitley with the three service chiefs on Tuesday.

yes you are right... If BJP wins even some seats in J & K, Pakis may attack India and the terrorists will attack all over India. BJP should withdraw from the elections so as not to make the muslims angry and Pakistanis attack India.

Pakis are making a big mistake. Their success was in proxy war, not in real war. Looks like they are getting ready to get their ass kicked hard.

They are just posturing with the same strategy in mind. Troop build up and fire at border posts, make noise on how Kashmir is causing all this friction and why the West should step in to stop any potential war between the two Nuke powers by mediating. China has been consulted on this and the Chinku are waiting to meddle.

Let us see how this game is played out. Also, this could be used to push in militants before the winter.
