alibaba opened largest ipo in history with a 40% bounce. cnbc reporters are wetting their chuddies with positive things to say about chinese culture, jack ma's humble nature and chinese work ethic

just now some western douchebag analyst type came on to suck some chinese dick and said chinese plan for thousands of years whereas americans are worried about quarters. someone send that douchebag a memo that the line is very old from 1970s on the long term, inscrutable nature of the yellow race

If I heard him correctly in Bloomberg, (Jack Ma) is saying on how to deal/work with govt. - 'It is like you are in love but not married.

...BABA is worth $219 Bil in ONE day - thus becoming bigger than 100 yr old companies like IBM, BOEING, EXXON, CITI, FB, Amazon, eBay, etc... Ironically, Yahoo which is a big gainer in BABA and an initial investor is only a $40 company.

Just a clarification that it doesn't become an automatic buy at $40 price. Lot of things need to be considered like the earnings reports, lockup expirations( for the insiders and early investors) and the technical parameters at that time.b_A wrote:smArtha wrote:Buy-Wait-Ignore Advice?
