The father might have contacted the authorities because the son had gun shot injuries and needed healthcare. Indian authorities helped the guy with his documents and tickets so that he could come back to India.

Haha..you're such a simple guy. Ms Godambe has to scour the IPC to come up with something to justify police custody. But how does she hope to prove membership of ISIS? Without that all else is bluster.

That must be the stupidest thing anyone can say. What I said was reflected in govt prosecutor's actual court statement. And that is empty bluster according to this moron. But his unfounded futuristic predictions without legal and practical understanding of the situation is some how valid.

Never mind that Indian courts routinely acquit folks accused of far worse crimes, committed against Indian citizens, on Indian soil (Surat bomb blasts, Ghatkopar blast and most damningly, the Mumbai local train blasts), for lack of evidence.
