Looks like a Chinese invention. May be good for frying and seeing the doctor after eating the stuff for a few months. It is not very useful for making most Indian food - pacchadi, pulusu, sambar, rasam, chapati, parata, jilebi, Mysore pak, dibba rotte, vada, dosa, paayasam, paan, etc.

Anyrhing that can be cooked in a microwave should lend itself to robotic cooking.
