This article is another perfect example of poor journalism similar to the raucus created by right wing wind bags. What is the significance of either news item to climate change? Those who cannot fight on the merits of an issue resort to these meaningless attack journalism. Shame on US news.

How is this poor journalism? In fact, it is these sideshows, rather than any reportage of the hot air exchanged at the various fora, which give the rest of the world an insight into why such talks are doomed to fail.
If the champions of climate change can't bring themselves to reduce their own wasteful ways and the resultant carbon footprint, why then get on to the high moral ground and lecture the world about how they should give up on their aspirations for a decent standard of living?? And why expect anyone to take such moral posturing seriously??

You idiot. Environmental issues are interconnected. The reference to sandy is about the impact of various factors in our daily life.

Now if the present regime does not produce economic results they will be thrown out but that is the way democracy moves towards a solution.
Regarding ISIS guy, it is only you and that great identified of toilet cleaners who believe that he is innocent or will not be convicted in a court of law. Conviction of this guy is not a priority at this time. Indian security agencies at this time only focused on containing the guy and investigating the guy. So whether I am getting sold on Geeta or you are sucking up to jihadi's is for others to decide.
