Modi promised TN voters that if elected BJP would resolve the TN fishermen shootings by SL Navy within 1 month.

Now it is about 8 months after BJP gov in India.

This is the latest News. "On the fishermen issue, Modi said he and the President attached the "highest importance" to it.
"It affects livelihoods on both sides. We agreed that there must be a constructive and humanitarian approach to the issue.
"We will encourage the fishermen's associations on both sides to meet again soon. They should find a solution that can be taken forward by both governments," he said.

This statement is no differenmt from what BJP Vajpayee said in 2000 or what Manmohan said he was PM.

BJP didn't get elected in TN. So, be happy.

Complain to Prabhakaran. He may come out of the frying pan and help you.

Pirabhakaran said he would get freedom for Ealam through armed struggle. He killed his fellow comrades, recruited children, destroyed 2 generations of Tamils....what is he ? a liar or a mofo ?

Unlike Modi, Commander NEVER lied. Norway envoy who facilitated peace talks said "If Prabakaran agreed to do something, he did that. I cannot say that about Sri Lankan politicians".
