Azaruddin was already a CONman before he joined CONparty. It's not clear whethr he had an interview with Soonya before she decided that he is competent and has the stamina to cope with her demanding leadership. Her private secretary, Ahmed Patel should be the gold standard in assessing Azaruddin. Ahmed has been with Soonya for more than a decade and she still seems to consider his services valuable.

Who is playing the role of Soonya in the movie? Ranjitha? :-)
