Christie not stepping in - will Romney step up? Empty Christie not stepping in - will Romney step up?

Mitt romney finally got a good package delivered in the form of Christie's refusal to join the repub race. This helps Romney by protecting his base. May be finally repubs will stop looking for the white knight and start falling in line behind a perry or a romney. Will romney get a bump from this and will cross that 23 % mark and move to 30% . Perry is helping him by opening his loud mouth. Economy is helping repub enormously. Repubs in Govt are doing everything to stall the economy so that they can blame Obama for all the world's ills including Iraq war, HIV and probably eve picking up the apple too.
