Just goes to show how much the Maa-Bheta govt looted India and how deeply it buried the economy. And you cant wait for them to come back and continue their loot and fatten their Swiss Bank account.

Moody or no moody....it is raining over all the countries - China, US, Europe, your investments and mine as well.

Namo, BJP/India are doing remarkably well given the Chinese and Dollar pressure. If the half-dead Madam Mohan Singh had been there at this time he would blithely be saying "Indian economy is strong and we will condemn all economic terrorism inflicted upon the country" With much of the audience falling asleep.

India's economy has been insulated from China. The moment this changes, India will feel the same pressure.

The Sensex has now erased all its gains in 2015 and is down 0.48% in the year to date. The Nifty is still up 0.21% in the period.

Major global indexes logged dramatic declines and are showing no signs of turning around. The losses were far greater outside the U.S., with indexes in China and the U.K. stock market all falling more than 10% from recent highs. European and Latin American markets were all in the red too.

This is a golden opportunity for India. India should announce a Tax-holiday for foreign investors of more than $1 billion/year for 5 years.

If they would invest in infrastructure - including manufacturing - the Tax holiday should be for 10 years. Right now, US is the only place that is doing well and India could be an alternative destination.
