True. Revenue from visits by people of Krishna and Guntur will generate quite a bit of income for Kanaka Durga temple. Most of the revenue for Tirupati has always been from the coastal belt (and of course, Seemandhra people in Hyd, Coimbatore, Chennai, Bangalore, the US, etc.).

lol at the italicized statement. If I have to guess, 40-45% from TN, 25-30 from KA, 20-25% andhra and the rest northindians. It is closer to Chennai and Bengaluru than any of the andhra cities. The name tirupati/tirumalai itself is tamil. it should've stayed with TN. it would be much cleaner and less-corruption than the corrupt mess that it is now.Vakavaka Pakapaka wrote:Propagandhi711 wrote:too land locked to become more than a small attraction it already is.

Yes. Another flashy temple raking in the big bucks is what the people of Andhra Pradesh needed the most, and which is of the highest priority now.

Yeah, Garibi Hatao-ing is far better. I wonder why Pappu is not campaigning in Bihar. The Dalit and pieceful families are all waiting to dine with him.

All your thoughts seem to revolve around Pappu, his Mata and Garibi Hatao. Why don't you dedicate the Amaravati temple to these two favorite deities of yours?

There is already a temple for MT in Hyderabad (by a Dalit leader who wanted to be the first CM of Telangana; now that he is not the CM, he is not doing any poojas and bhajans; it is now an abandoned temple like Khajuraho).
