...A Hindustan Times report, Vishal Thakkar has been alleged of molesting a 26-year-old TV-Actress, with whom he was also having an affair. The two were dating for about 18 months. The police source also disclosed that they both were in a live-in relationship.

So where does the molestation fit in here and at what point ?

when he didn't take no for an answer. it appears she was done with him and ready to move on to another relationship. indina men don't understand that they are disposable, like cups and plates and knives and forks.

She closes access for him... he disregards the blockage and wishes to continue driving through the barrier... and is stopped at mole-station.
