........Industrialized and urbanized states are more prone to road accident deaths. Pappu should blame Modi's suit-boot sarkar for this trend across the nation and peddle the Bihar model for road safety. He might as well advocate the Andaman model of not having any roads...... ...Garibi Hatao.....
