in fact one solution is that muslims should be banned from the armed forces and police and paramilitary . that way even if their population increases , at least the military or police can be brought into action if they resort to revolt or separatism in the areas they are majority in . lack of muslims in armed forces police etc with ensure that at least they will punish the perpetrators in an impartial way without taking their side . luckily the indian armed forces have only 2 percent muslims .
