it's not like i notice it normally, but this time i did… why do SIs keep thick mostly untrimmed mustache? i mean the guy with the hat in this video.

dunno… this below hits me much thicker in an old fashioned SI way, for a relatively younger man. 

as an aside, now a days a lot of high school and college boys seem to be keeping facial hair. mostly beard, but those are kept sorta trendy, with a hairstyle that sorta goes along somehow. Saw the same trend in this desh trip as well.

moustaches are still very much de rigueur in my immediate and extended family in india. always have been. never went out of fashion. only the u.s. emigrated men have done away with facial hair completely. you're probably conditioned by the smooth-cheeked assorted bollywood khans, roshans and what not.
