this line was annoying as hell. haq thinks that some benevolent friends of india gave us the TM on a silver platter. no sense of history or respect for what went into building the tm. No Haq, this is not like the statue of liberty.

also the biriyani was "bestowed on the subcontinent?" I have had it not more than three times in my life. also, the indinas probably were introduced to it by the persians in an exchange of ideas; the indinas and persians have had a long and well-established relationship much before the persians were conquered.
