...The Jessical Lal case still going strong after 2 decades

Indian courts are grappling with any and all cases all the way from sessions court to supreme court. Jessical Lal, Salman Khan, etc..etc.. Any wonder why cases are pending for more than 150 years. In fact, dragging any issue to court practically solves the problem for criminals during his/her lifetime.

In the meantime, the convicted criminal Lalu running the Bihar govt despite being barred from politics - does a conviction make any difference. in fact, it is a huge advantage for him.

so far 524 killings in Bihar after Nitish took power.
