Shilpa's 2007 kissing case (which is absurd in itself) has been shifted from the Rajasthan HIGH COURT to the Mumbai HIGH COURT by the SUPREME COURT in 2011.

Shows why important cases in India are pending for 50 to 100 years while the high courts are battling on kissing cases.....
