such a blessing… whenever son has exhausted all his PS4 and tv time, and XH is not in the mood for news, comes my chrome cast + youtube time. Lets me take a break from my headphones and relieve my aching ears. 

Sometimes I put on songs older would like, and sometimes what XH would like, depending which of them is around. 

if XH begins tapping on table to a tune unknowingly, or older begins singing along …. *success* 

Today it was XH tapping along songs of Hero (Jackie Shroff). He learned playing tabla and harmonium as a kid, so i like to hear it once in a while. 

son is an aurangzeb, kinda like his nana, unless some specific song or video comes up, kinda like his nana again. Anyway, we bond over Malcolm in the Middle, ironically not such a bright parenting move...
