Just realized that I made a silly error - did 1/3 (1/2+1/3+1/4) instead of 1/3 (1/2+1/4+1/4)

The answer, if there is one, should could be 1/3 and not 13/36.

because once you've concluded that the correct answer is 50%, you are down to one correct answer and hence back to 25% again. i think this is just a fun question. nowhere does it specify that your answer has to be one of the given choices. hence IMO the correct answer is zero.
