Excellent suggestion. If the governments want to encourage sports achievement, they should use the same money to provide sports instruction and facilities at government schools around Telangana and AP. Sindhu will do very well for herself now with endorsement deals and such, she doesn't need public money like athletes in the '70s and '80s did.
