Qualification: Graduation
* Maintaining the Qualitative parameters
* Controlling Team Attrition
* Keeping a Tab on team's KPI & Taking Escalations
* Drive changes and Process Improvements ideas
* Regular feedback to team on Performance based on Productivity and Quality
* Motivating Team members to raise their performance bars
* Stay calibrated and achieve the necessary self-login target
* Maintain all relevant reports as required by Manager or above
* Actively participate in TL Forum and contribute to enhance customer experience
* Process Excellence & Overall Calibration Variance
* Drive Customer satisfaction by constantly interacting with Partners and driving improvements
* Driving cost reduction and call reduction initiatives
* Proficient in Ms Office, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS
* Innovative skills
* Strategizing, Planning and organizing skills
* Strong Analytical skills * Responsiveness LANGUAGE PROFICENCY
* Good English & Hindi
* Telugu, Tamil, Kannada & Malayalam ( 2 out of 4 south languages)(Must)


Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 P.A
