......Chennai Silks (in T Nagar) was on fire and the firefighting was all sloppy and then, the building collapsed. Now, the govt. is asking the store owner, who lost a lot of money already, to pay for the firefighting. I wonder if this has anything to do with the ethnic background of the owner!.....
