Back when that video was posted in June 2017, patriotic Americans who wanted to believe that Russia didn't meddle in the election had plausible deniability. Since then, we have seen lots of evidence of Russian meddling. If you haven't seen it, here are two great places to start: the Mueller indictment of Russian meddlers, and a Wired article explaining the details.

Trump's own National Security Adviser says the evidence is now really incontrovertible. At this point any further attempts to dismiss Russian interference should raise serious questions about the allegiances of the person making those attempts.
"As you can see with the FBI indictment, the evidence is now really incontrovertible and available in the public domain," McMaster told a Russian delegate to the conference.

That video from 2012 is entirely irrelevant. The discussion is about Russian interference in our 2016 elections, for which the evidence is incontrovertible according to Trump's own National Security Adviser.
