Any help from Govt. to the poor should be under only one category, as economically backward, without any extra mention or reference to the caste or religion of potential recipients (currently as, "x" percent reservations to SC/ST, "y" percent reservations to OBC and "z" percent reservations to upper castes, etc.). In other words, just have one category for people deserving Govt. help or reservations, e.g. BPL (below poverty line), without carrying the tags SC/ ST and OBC etc.
