9 hours sleep Empty 9 hours sleep

Got home early y'day... cooked, ate, cleaned up, ch'ed... had to go to shoprite, but many times I like to go to shoprite around 11:00 pm or midnight, so around 8:30 decided to take a little nap to freshen me up. Never got up. Daughter came around 10:30 pm to check on me, that's when I woke up a bit, and remembered to set the alarm for the morning which woke me up at 5:00.. and I STILL wanted to sleep more.

Hopefully, I am less sleep deprived today.

at all you sleep starved folks. sleep is the best part of living. i need my beauty sleep everyday -- minimum 8 hrs; sometimes 9. i can't nap during the day to make up.

sleep is awesome. last year in august I took 5 days off. during that time, had sex 14 times, slept atleast 8-10 hrs a day, walked 5 miles a day and watched movies rest of time. best vacation I had in a longggg time.
