we will soon put you to test. i will send a note to max and impy asking if they are willing to be arbiters. jer-ji's madras tamil needs to be tested too. as usual, he might or might not volunteer. let's see -- if the response to my notes to max and impy are in the affirmative, i'll go ahead and put you to a test. the conversation should be in tamil script so we can use google translator.

Yeah. I tried to remember if it was jatindar or jeetindar that I heard as a kid (from some panju people). While jeetindar makes more sense, dunno why jatindar keeps coming to my memory.

lol no. i wasn't around in those days. i entered the scene right after jatadhari had left and crashed right into QB. i missed the entire sulekha "chat" days -- chat got disabled as soon as i returned. perhaps AS' chat was still around then but i never visited it. jatadhari, from what i have read, was a much younger person, who had possibly met QB or at the very least phone-chatted with her. also, jatadhari was punjabi. i can't speak punjabi so i can't fake that i am punjabi.
