At the heart of the problems facing the company has been the workers’ demands for better wages and working conditions. Over the last 15 months or so, the workers have been complaining about the huge disparity in salary between contract and permanent workers. While the permanent workers earn between Rs 16,000 and Rs 21,000, contract workers get just around Rs 6,000. Since both groups do the same work, the demand for pay parity has grown strong with every passing month, given the rising prices and inflation. “The middle management,” says former Planning Commission member-secretary Sudha Pillai, “is being exposed to the danger of having to impose inequitable policy and violation of the policy of equal pay for equal work.”

Congratulations! Within a span of 24 hours you have justified a planned mass killing and killing of a manger for pay disparity.
The Texas GOP has a point. Critical thinking should really be banned.

So Sara..
Looks like yesterday..you could understand why a father who was lost his child to suicide was planning to commit arson.
*I thought you implied that the grief was so devastating and overwhelming and he had an emotional crisis/meltdown..but you later clarified that by saying it was all guilt and he was compensating and blaming himself for the death of his child..if, "not spending time with your child" is the reason for a child to tragically end life..don't you think..most doctor dads, moms and a whole lot of others would be guilty of that- with tragic stories? Ok, that's more rhetorical.
Now, you seem to understand why these people set fire..so is Arson the answer to everything dear Sara!
