My prof asked this in my b-school. If you can name one thing, then what's one thing that you look in your boss?

'Trust' was his and my answer.

With his behavior, Americans did not trust Romney enough, to make him their boss. Obama hammered, the 'You know me' lines the last day before election. The liberals and the undecided made up their minds who they would vote for.
