Here is the answer. If we look arounnd the world there is no sample of a nation breaking up (India is not a nation, SU was not a nation, Pak is not a nation.) So there is no reason to think Madurai district would want a separate country.

In spite, I will answer sara's question. suppose Madurai want independence, we will go throughout Madurai didtrict and tell them the importance of being part of TN. Then hold a plebescite in the district. If they want indep, then let be. We will tell them, "bros and sis, have a independent country. Wish you well. If you ever decide to come back to mother TN, our doors are always open."
