As a Tamil we can all be proud that the Tamil Army was the only rebel force which was on the verge of commissioning a submarine. But for the 2004 tsunami which destroyed the first submarine, nTamils would have a submarine in operation. Totally indigeneously made.

Think. What kind of a mighty navy a free Tamil Country would have reminisent of the great Chola naval force.

OK. Tamil military was the only rebel force in nrecent times to have a submarine. It was indigeneously built.
