The Tragedy of Zeenat Aman :(

Its hard to know that such a beautiful, talented, well spoken, well read, well educated and totally hot actress had such a tragic life.
Saw her life history on the amazing TV series which investigates where the 'lost artists' are now.
Her parents separated at an early age. Mom got re-married and left her in a boarding school to grow up on her. Neither of them came to look her up! When her friends played and looked forward to PTA meetings, she would sit alone in a corner and cry. This was her lonely childhood devoid of 'any' parental love.
Then she grew up entered the movies and fell in love with all the wrong guys:
As per Zeenat's confession to a friend, "getting beaten up was becoming
the story of my life". A secretive whirlwind wedding with actor-director
Sanjay Khan ended in a smash-up at Mumbai's five-star lobby of the Taj.
Forgotten flame Robin Kumar reportedly hit her in public while toy boy
Frank Marino sped away with her money. Then, the Mazhar-Zeenat
rollercoaster romance ended in disaster. "Save for Dev Anand, Zeenat has
this ability to pick up the wrong guys. Mazhar was a much-married man,
why did she choose him?"
Zeenat's Hill Road home in suburban Bandra was stormed by in-laws and
her furious first-born Azaan—leaving in its devastating wake shattered
panes, a battered car, smashed chairs, a bruised Zeenat, her battered
friend Zaheer Aslam and her shell-shocked eight-year-old son Zahaan.
The infmaous incident of Sanjay Khan and his wife beating Zeenat Aman as guests including Parmeshwar Godrej looked on - left Zeenat Aman almost blind in one eye.
The hot siren of bollywood is single and leads a lonely life now.
How is it possible that some actresses find fame, love and marriage (eg Kajol who is not even that pretty), where as some lead such a lonely life. Makes me wanna believe in a thing called Luck.

come on now. ZA was ooppmh and sexy and talented. Kajol is overweight, has man-like broad shoulders, has man-hands and has a screechy voice, not to forget those manly eyebrows. ZA on the contrary is an epetome of feminine.

Many of these actresses get married to much married men anyway---shilpa shetty , raveena tandon , hema malini , karisma kappor , kareena kapoor , sridevi .
it was not easy for young bachelors to adjust with these actresses who have had intimate relations with several men before marriage---especially in the past in the 80s and 90s , so these actresses had to choose married men .
now society is more liberal and maybe in future even an actress who has slept with men before marriage will be able to get a bachelor man . tina munim did get anil ambani even though she had had a live in relationship with rajesh khanna and aishwarya got abhishek even though she had slept with salman .

True doc, but you would never marry a woman - even if it were Aishwarya Rai - who has slept with other men before marriage. It's still only pristine, modest, god-fearing virgins (like Diana Penty in Cocktail) for you, right?

NO . I dont mind marrying a decent person like aishwarya rai even if she has slept with other men .
and who wants god fearing women ?? i dont believe in god myself .
in fact i have dreamt of having a sexy christian wife who has slept with other men before and dreamt of she converting me to christianity .

Women like Zeenat Aman or Tina Munim attract only certain kind of men and deservedly so. They live in a different universe and operate by different set of rules. So why waste time discussing their lives?
Men like the physics professor V. Balakrishnan do not have the time or inclination to deal with the likes of Zeenat.

ZA is a good looking gal. A little sophisticated for her era. I am surprised at the mistreatment meted out to her. Guess she did not find a godfather.
Parvenu Babi was another of her contemporary who was abused by the wrong crowd and was supposed to be killed Mumbai mafia.

Oh it's very simple. And very typical of all wannabe-Islamists. Just can't stop thinking of Muslims. Look at Upps. Fantasizes of getting raped by Muslims (after 8pm). And doc here dreams of turning a Muslim and make that shining pearl of the Orient, Mumbai, into a pilgrimage center for Muslims.

Deservedly so? So ppl that have had a difficult childhood and are damaged as a result don't deserve your mind space?
