Yes sir. It deals with the quashing of the sapnas of Pappu at the hands of a bikewallah and a bada harami guide, with the end result being pappu selling soap in the villages. An all-time best business school anthem I say.

i am surprised that no ram / rahim sena has objected to these lyrics yet. no court case, no stay on the release of the movie, and no morchas? what the uff?

the vocalist is muslim. the drummer is sardar. the guitarist is hindu. somone running in the vid. is christian. seems like an eclectic congressiya bunch. par for the course.

aigsactly! i rofled earlier 'cos i found the song overall funny and did not get the AB or charvaka reference and didn't bother. yesterday the tubelight in my head sparkled.

the other day imran khan was on NDTV pimping his film. towards the end of the show, quite naturally, the host asked him to sing the song and he sung. while saying the lines "oh by god lag gayee", his gesture was not at all appropriate for a prime time TV programme. he gestured as if he was holding RIN ki tikiya and washing his clothes, but only in the air - an act that gesticulates "lag gayee" - and those around him were giggling and clapping. what the uff is going on in india? indian TV needs a censor board and strict enforcement of code of conduct. either that or i need to deunkilify myself.
