I think the MCI stand is reasonable. The Second year guys went in knowing that the program was de-recognized. If anything, they should sue the College trust and admins for breach of trust. Instead these guys are trying to get into Govt colleges - where the fee is next to nothing, and gain admission to more recognized schools with their third rate qualifications.

I think by denying admission of these second batch of students, the MCI may be doing a great service to the country by saving them from these future-graceful doctors (passing with the help of grace marks)
