Lack of Leadership in Indians!

I notice that there is a complete lack of leadership skills in Indians.

It pains me.

For some part - Its because there are too many Indians in US now, as friends/relatives of their Guntur district relatives, who lied and graduated using fake degrees and experience - in the job market now, and who end up embarrassing me as their fellow Indian - but gultis and madrasis and Indians have given a bad name to Indians in general in US lately, esp. in last 3 years, after the financial meltdown.

Young men/women from SI, are in the market - low IQ - no idea about IT - lying on resumes - someone else giving their interview on phone. Its a shame that bigger companies have made it a policy to interview every Indian on skype, or in person.

Stop lying - To SIs.

SIs who cannot even find a job in any Indian company, are trying their hand in US.

What US gets of Indians is the worst lot of Indians, than the IITians it got in 1980s.

I see that a lot of people ridicule you and put you down.

I do not know how you ended up in this situation.

Whether it is FlimFlam or Max or TBT or anyone for that matter, there is no need for them to behave like an asshole towards you.
