The encounter happenned in an elevator in a hotel. The hotel belongs to Tejpal's friends. My concern is that the CCTV footage might be tampered with to remove the evidence against Tejpal.

Tejpal should invoke Ramunish-Vedanta and say that whatever the body does doesn't touch the Brahman in him and that the body, in fact, is maaya! That will make him a prominent CONman and he may become eligible to be the next coal minister to bless the aam aadmi in Vadra-ji's banana republic.

Deputy inspector general (DIG) of police OP Mishra said that the police had obtained CCTV footage of (the lobby and elevator) of the starred hotel where Tehelka's ThinkFest was held ten days ago at Bambolim, 5km from here. The police examined the footage last night. Sources in the police said that there is a prima facie case against Tejpal. Goa chief minister Manohar Parrikar had said earlier that a prima facie case had been made out.
