I couldn't understand the original post at all. Could someone please explain it? How are the Indians mentioned related to Ashkenazi Jews? Why are the caste, language, and region of everyone given? What is the original poster's motive in making the post? Is it caste/tribal pride? Why has no one else asked these questions? I should've provided more context!

There seems to be a fair-level obsession on the internet in certain quarters with IQ, genetics and different 'cultures'. Such'ers for their part have played through several scripts on the variations in IQ's and other anatomical measurements amongst cultures. While browsing through sky-high IQ levels for different groups, I came across Ashkenazi Jews and their 'native' IQ prowess. Some links later, someone named Steve Sailer (http://isteve.blogspot.com/2011/08/indian-iq-again.html) who considered the issue of "average Indian IQ".

Given how frequently this topic recurs on Such I thought people would get a kick out of discussing 'wussy Iyer boys' (seek GK's comment above) by putting up this list which appeared on that blog comments section. That's it.

As to my own personal opinions - I'm just deeply suspicious of IQ theories in general. It was also interesting to me that there seemed to have been a 'cabal' in existence at the time Buddha was called to smile.
