No, CONgoons are irrelevant to this story. Kejri and co are good for protesting, not for governing. They're an incoherent gaggle of rabble rousers, incapable of running a govt. Our vacuous media built AAP into something much bigger than they ever were. Ordinary ppl needlessly wasted their votes on this bunch. Hopefully they'll chalk it up as a learning and be less dewy eyed and more critical in the future.
