i fail to see why swapna's entire post needed to be deleted. the main thrust of what swapna was saying was that Panini Press has been protecting his privacy secretly by using his surname and the name of the organization where he works as filter words on this forum; he is not giving a similar opportunity to other posters to protect their privacy similarly.

That's the CCL's way of showing off about his knowledge of Thermodynamics and Entropy etc. Apparently he is not satisfied with the thunderous silence and expected more.

What seems to be the problem here, are we saying that putting out a poster's personal information on a consistent basis is same as calling names?

The whiners keep whining. They have a forum where one of them is an administrator and the other a "valued" poster. They can enforce all the rules that they like there. But whining gives them the greatest kick, so they come here to do that.
