By 'National Language' is meant the language spoken or at least understood by the maximum number of Indians all over India.

Patriotic Telugu leaders take their oath of office in the National Language??????
Rashmun: Are you suggesting that only Hindi speaking Telugus are patriotic?
This trick was played in the 1960's when the anti-Hindi sentiment was strong in TN.
The only reason for imposing Hindi on non-Hindi speaking people is - to gain an advantage for third-rate BIMARU bhaiyyas in jobs and business.
SIs are not fools. If Rajnath Singh and BIMARU bhaiyyas push this too far, they will harm the fedaral fabric of the country further. This time, it won't just be TN but also Karnataka, Andhra and Kerala in SI and WB, Assam, Odisha, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, J&K, Punjab, Maharashtra, Gujrat and Goa in the rest of the country will oppose the move.
It is time that BIMARU bhaiyyas who work in SI started learning the local languages and stopped blabbering in Hindi.

patriotism is the last refuge of scoundrels as they say, but be that as it may, patriotism has nothing to do with bending over and presenting one's nether orifice to directives from uththar india.

i am not suggesting that hindi speaking telugus are patriotic. i am suggesting that the telugu leaders who took their oath of office in hindi think in that way. if you have any grievances please address them to your leaders instead of berating north indians.

there was no directive from north india to the telugu leaders who took their oath of office in hindi. They did it of their own volition.

Rashmun,
Odisha Assembly banned Hindi. When are you starting a fast to death in front of the Odisha Assembly for being unpatriotic.
