When a married person converts,
a) The marriage should automatically be declared Null and Void.
b) Children's custody should automatically be awarded to
the person who did not change religion.
c) The person who changes religion should be forced to provide alimony,
since he/she broke the original agreement to live with the spouse, with the tenets that is
based on the original religion.

Conversion of entire families, should be scrutinized for possible inducements/intimidation and other factors, and a determination be made that it is strictly voluntary and the family members are not converting under duress OR due to any obligation

Can Rshmun's posts be classified as "love jihad" inducers?

He wants (1) SIs to learn Hindi so that there is synthesis among NI & SI men and women; (2) Muslims & Hindus to get involved in love-deenillahi. He wants to convert India into a sambar/chapati/chaddi/sikular race so that everyone becomes a loser.

Contrast that with Hitler-ian monism of Kayar Vizhi who wants LTTE to rule TN without any synthesis with Hindians, KCR who wants Telanganaites to remain pure in language & jobs without any contamination from Andhrawalen, and Thakeray who doesn't want Biharis to work in Mumbai.

However, MT wants sikular systhesis at jihadic temperatures so that society gets filled with Abhishek Manu Singhvis & Doggies, Amritas, Nityanandas and ND Tiwaris.
