Bihar and Tamil Nadu
...Manoj, a young man from Darbhanga, Bihar, sells samosas near Adyar Bakery. Ask him about life in Chennai and he has a simple answer: “Yahaan kanoon vyavastha ekdum achcha hai, mahilaayen aaram se baahar ghoom sakti hain (law and order is good here, women feel safe)” he says.
That says it all....Time for Lalu and Mullahyam to eat at Amma's Unavagam - along with their sons.

Re: Bihar and Tamil Nadu
The Bihar --> to --> Tamil Nadu experience for Biharis is similar as India --> to --> US experience for Indians.
The behaviour changes when they leave their own land.
But why do Tamils act strange in USA and when are back in TN?
I think despite regional associations, the Indian gene kicks in when an Indian lands in India.
