Indiana store manager kicks out Muslim woman over head scarf — then wishes her 'a blessed day'
Just wondering who was right or wrong in this situation? If you cannot wear
Niqab or Hijab to court, to DMV, to approach a bank teller, to enter a Police Station, to clear Customs or to board a plane why did the customer enter the store that way & why did the clerk get so much opposition? Even on Halloween, customers are forbidden to enter establishments who sell or serve packaged liquor while wearing a mask.
It was hot, 87 degrees, the customer was totally covered in black garb and all you could see were her eyes behind glasses. Security cameras wouldn't have been able to record her features.
I think with all the other racial discrimination and profiling going on, that Law enforcement, Attorneys and/or even Homeland Security should address what is permissible by law. How is facial recognition software used in a case like this? Are the places that I mentioned above guilty of racial discrimination?
Any thought, facts or other cases, please share.
Really it's part of her religion and culture, would you have the balls to ask Christian to remove their cross necklace or better yet ask a jew to remove their Star of David necklace

Also, how can anyone be sure it was not a man masquerading as a female in a veil?  It is known to happen - you know.

The society indeed adjusted to the Koranists by letting them build mosques, etc. The Koranists also should be a bit flexible to the society and change somewhat. By insisting that their rights are met only when they (and all around them in the community) follow Koran verbatim is not fair. Then why come to America? If Koran is the best book and Arabic is God's language and following the Book is a must even if it violates societal rules, then they could as well go back to where they came from. and live their Godly lives.
