Newly married Sujatha, who had spent all her life in Madras, clambered into an auto-rickshaw in Bangalore and absent-mindedly instructed the driver in Tamil: "Go to Ulsoor." The driver snarled in Kannada: "Speak your Tamil in Tamil Nadu. Here you had better speak Kannada."

I agree with the driver. Speak in Kannada in Bengaluru.
