I have a friend named Shahjahan. He is a great cook, and a very nice guy. Jahangir, Akbar, Humayun, and even Babar have been used recently but not Aurangazeb. There are some Hindus with the last name Aurangabadkar to denote their place of origin.

Anyways, back on topic - I have no issues whatsoever with anyone naming their children anything. However, the couple being celebrities, I said they could have shown some sensitivity to their child's name being offensive to people. it is and will be a PR problem for them and it is likely the child will be teased and taunted for having such a name. To the point of there being no India back then - it is assumed that in this context, people will understand that India means "what is present day India". Unless they are a nitpicky douchebag with a need to assert smug self superiority.
