How does one get hired as a troll? Does someone approach them based on their posting history and quality of posts?
(Btw, I don't think Rashmun is a troll. He seems to have some topics of interest which he researches into a lot.)

He tried to do research as a PhD student. They were very impressed with him and awarded a Master's degree. He is a closet mian peddling his faith.
